Singapore's second offering from Australian celebrity chef Luke Mangan (the first being Salt Grill), offers an Australian twist to the Spanish tapas concept. Located in the Raffles City shopping mall with views over the colonial façade of Raffles Hotel, Salt Tapas is a fun and relaxed restaurant to enjoy an evening with friends, whilst indulging in some exceptionally executed tapas dishes. Menu highlights include the Sumac spiced veal and pork meatballs with Fontina mash; Pork Belly with cauliflower puree and pickled mustard leaf; Dukkah crusted Tasmanian Trout with Israeli couscous; and the Kingfish sashimi with ginger & shallot, and Persian feta. Finish off with the Churros and chocolate sauce and wash it all down with a jug of Luke Mangan Sangria.
