Don't try asking for a beer or a vodka tonic at Bobby Gin; they won't have any. This trendy new bar in Gracia neighborhood has taken Barcelona by storm and whether you're a gin drinker or prefer your strawberry daiquiris, it's definitely worth checking out, if only to gawk at the sheer variety of options. With more than 60 types of gin from which to choose, the bar serves gin and only gin.
Bobby Gin also has a decent menu and serves dinner, hosts wine tastings and conducts private parties. Catering to the more 'pijo' (posher) Barcelona crowd, the bar feels like a slice of New York in one of the city's hippest and liveliest neighborhoods.
