Spring is in the Air at Dallas Blooms

The Dallas Arboretum Shows Off Its True Colors

Dallas Blooms — Photo courtesy of Dallas Arboretum and Botanical GardenFeaturing more than 600,000 spring-blooming flowers, such as daffodils, tulips, hyacinths, Dutch irises, violas, poppies, pansies and many more bulbs, perennials and annuals, Dallas Blooms is the ideal way to celebrate spring in Dallas! Other prominent features include the garden's 6,000 blooming azaleas and more than 100 cherry blossom trees. It takes place every year between March and April at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens.

If you're traveling with kids, don't miss the Good Friday Concert, onsite petting zoo, face painting booth, arts and crafts activities, and photos with a live bunny. Numerous seasonal events and activities occur at the Dallas Arboretum, but the spring display is one of the finest the venue has to offer.

Visitors can bring their own picnics and dine underneath one of the flowering trees throughout the garden. Guests who have refined tastes will love the onsite Restaurant DeGolyer, which offers seated tea for adults and children age 13 or older.

Admission prices range from $9 to $15 per person, and parking at the onsite lot cost $10 per vehicle. Visitors can also buy discounted tickets at the Dallas Arboretum website and group tickets for groups with 20 people or more are also discounted by $1 per ticket.
