No need for gluten-intolerant burgerphiles to go bun-less anymore. At least not at this Austin-based burger phenom, where most of the ingredients are locally sourced, the meat is hormone and antibiotic-free, and the buns– including the gluten-free ones– are made in-house from scratch everyday. Burger options run the gamut from bison with apple-smoked bacon and blue cheese to Ahi tuna topped with sprouts, nori chips and pickled ginger. Rachel Ray says that the Primetime burger (kobe beef topped with melted brie, truffle oil-flavored mayo, arugula, caramelized onions and steak sauce) is one of the best in America. But our personal favorite is the spicy El Diablo angus beef burger–loaded with two types of chilies, salsa roja, pepperjack cheese, caramelized onions and a slathering of chipotle mayo. Whatever you do, be sure to order the truffle fries. Don't skip the milkshakes either–they're outrageous.
