Etihad Airways is the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, with its hub in Abu Dhabi.
When it comes to commercial airlines, you’d be hard pressed to find an airline much more luxurious than Etihad Airways. In first class, you’ll have your very own suite, complete with a flat bed, mini-bar and sliding doors to give you complete privacy.
Even economy class on this airline is something worth noting in your travel journal. The seats are more spacious than you’ll find on most commercial flights and are designed ergonomically for extra comfort. Each seat in economy also has power sockets so you’re not doomed to wait until you land to recharge your electronics if they run out of batteries.
Etihad Airways also offers two forms of business class – one with flat beds and one with extra large seats. The flat bed business class has certain amenities afforded first class guests while the business class seats have more room and amenities than economy class.

The real magic of Etihad Airway, however, comes out in the evening when you’re settling into your flight and getting ready to doze off. As you settle back into your comfortable bed or chair on a night flight onboard Etihad Airways, you’ll see star constellations appear above you. No, this isn’t your eyes playing tricks on you. It’s one of the things that make Etihad Airways such a beloved airline by its passengers. On each evening flight the ceiling becomes enhanced with stars twinkling across the ceiling of the cabin after the lights are dimmed.
