    Kim Kardashian isn't a stranger to walking down the aisle (she's done it twice before), but her recent marriage to Kanye West was certainly something to talk about. The celebrity duo wed at the Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy on May 24, 2014, and the spectacle featured everything from fireworks to horse-drawn carriages.

  • Jim and Pam - Niagara Falls, N.Y.

    In the world of fictional TV nuptuals, it doesn't get much more romantic than when Jim & Pam of "The Office" ditched their planned ceremony and headed to Niagara Falls, where they swapped vows while wearing blue ponchos on the deck of Maid of the Mist.

  • JFK and Jackie - Newport, R.I.

    The coastal town of Newport, R.I. has served of the setting for real and fictional weddings alike. John F. Kennedy and and Jackie O. married at St. Mary's Church in Newport, while fans of the recently wrapped up TV series "How I Met Your Mother" will recognize Castle Hill Inn in Newport as the exterior of the Farhampton Inn, site of Robin and Barney's wedding.

  • Elvis in Blue Hawaii - Kauai

    After Elvis floating along a lagoon with his bride at the end of the 1961 film "Blue Hawaii," countless couples have come to the island of Kauai to wed at the Coco Palms Resort, where the iconic scene was filmed. While the resort has been closed since it suffered hurricane damage in 1992, Hyatt has plans to renovate and reopen it in 2017.

    The "wedding of the century" between Lady Diana Frances Spencer and Charles, Prince of Wales took place in London's St. Paul's Cathedral in front of a crowd of 3,500 and a TV viewing audience of another 750 million. Another two million spectators lined the route Diana took to the church. More recently, the new "wedding of the century" was hosted at Westminster Abbey between another Prince of Wales, William, and his bride Kate Middleton.

    In 2012, "Gossip Girl" star Blake Lively and her sweety Ryan Reynolds got hitched in a super-secret ceremony in romantic Charleston at Boone Hall Plantation.
