Last month, 10Best and USA TODAY readers named Massachusetts' Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary as the best place in the U.S. to see aquatic life. The park is known as one of the best places on earth for whalewatching, and divers can see everything from giant sunfish to crazy looking basking sharks.
