Best New Restaurant: FLX Table in Geneva, N.Y.
Chef and Master Sommelier Christopher Bates is the man behind Geneva's FLX Table, a restaurant in the form of a 12-person dinner party where diners are treated to a five-course meal with dishes changing nightly.
Best New Hotel: The Asbury in Asbury Park, N.J.
Imagined as a hotel and social hub in Asbury Park, The Asbury features a grab-and-go kitchen, ground-floor lounge with ping pong and board games, a community table and a pool during the warmer months. Amenities in the 110 guest rooms include large closets, custom-made mattresses and stellar seaside views.
Best New Amusement Park Attraction: Valravn at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio

Valravn, Cedar Point's newest thrill, takes the form of the tallest, fastest and longest dive coaster on the planet. The coaster, inspired by a mythological creature from Danish folklore, reaches speeds of 75 miles per hour.
Best New Travel App: Cool Cousin
With the new Cool Cousin app for iPhone (Android version on the way), travelers can get recommendations from locals who share similar interests. The app is currently available in a handful of cities, including London, Paris, Rome, Berlin and Barcelona.
