    According to SpotHero, the average driver spends 15 minutes searching for a parking spot. That’s 15 minutes of valuable vacation time. With SpotHero, drivers can browse for parking spots in a dozen American cities and reserve spots ahead of time. Since SpotHero works with several parking lot operators, drivers can save up to 50 percent off posted prices by using the app.

    Gas Guru

    Filling up at the pump can quickly drain a travel budget, but Gas Guru minimizes the damage by helping drivers find the cheapest gas prices in the area. The app features directions to gas stations, the time of the last gas price update, the ability to filter a search by fuel grade and the option to save favorite gas locations for easy reference. The app is powered by Yellow Pages, so it also offers listings for nearby restaurants, ATMs and car service stations.

Site users can set up custom price alerts to find out when fares change, and the site's Top 10 Deal Destinations tracks cities with the biggest drop in airfare for those who can't pass up a good deal.

The Trip Finder feature allows travelers to find the perfect destination based on time frame, geographic location, type of activities and travel budget.
