  • Carnival Breeze
    Carnival Cruise Lines

Carnival's "Fun Ship" attitude permeates the food offerings on Carnival Breeze, where diners can bite into a juicy burger served poolside at Guy's Burger Joint (by celebrity chef Guy Fieri), go south of the border at BlueIguana Cantina or indulge in Seaday Brunch. Specialty restaurants include rustic Italian at Cucina del Capitano or Japanese flavors at Bonsai Sushi.

Aboard the Carnival Sunshine, "fun ship" dining takes the form of burgers by celebrity chef Guy Fieri at Guy's Burger Joint, Seaday Brunch and classic Mexican dishes at BlueIguana Cantina – all included. Unique to Sunshine, at least until Vista debuts in 2016, is Ji Ji Asian Kitchen, where diners journey through Asia with dishes like slow-braised pork belly, Wagyu beef short ribs, Hakka-style noodles and Singapore chili shrimp.

  • Crystal Symphony
    Crystal Cruises

Crystal Cruises pioneered the cruise/celebrity chef partnership trend with specialty restaurants like Prego and Silk Road and the Sushi Bar (by chefs Piero Selvaggio and Nobu Matsuhisa respectively) on the Crystal Symphony. Anthem's 18 eateries include Wonderland with its molecular gastronomy creations, Jamie's Italian, Silk and Michael's Genuine Pub, the first American gastropub at sea.
