    Celebrity chef José Andrés brings an inventive tapas experience to The Bazaar at SLS Beverly Hills. Start with dry-cured Iberico ham imported from Spain or a classic Catalan-style toasted bread with fresh tomato and Manchego cheese. Shared plates include piquillo peppers stuffed with goat cheese, wild mushroom rice, shrimp sautéed with garlic and tomato sofrito, house-made pork sausage, and seared Wagyu beef cheeks with black garlic and citrus.

    Wentworth Mansion - Charleston

    Circa 1886 is set in the original carriage house on the grounds of the Wentworth Mansion and showcases many original elements from 1886, including wide pine floors boards, wood burning fireplace and stable doors. Many tables are set in arched booths, walls are carved wood, and the place is lit by candlelight. An ever-changing seasonal menu showcases the best and freshest local and regional ingredients cooked with Southern flair, and the combination of cuisine and atmosphere is hard to beat.

    Diplomat Beach Resort - Hollywood, Fla.

    Monkitail debuted in April of 2017 at the Diplomat Beach Resort and is already one of Hollywood, Florida's buzziest new restaurants. Inspired by a Japanese izakaya, the eatery from Chef Michael Schulson features sushi, sake and sharable small plates, including wasabi ceviche, pastrami bao buns, bacon yakisoba and duck shabu shabu.

    The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago

    Chef Baasim Zafar takes the helm at Torali at The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago, where the menu features Italian favorites like fresh pastas made daily, dry-aged meats and wild-caught seafood. Highlights include black truffle beef tartare, mushroom risotto, cavatelli with asparagus and prosciutto and grilled octopus with a cucumber gazpacho.

    The word “vivace” is Italian for “alive,” and that’s just what the innovative cuisine from this AAA Four-Diamond restaurant will make you feel. Pasta is made in-house daily and an extensive wine list is designed to complement the food. Diners can choose between a tasting menu or a la carte, with dishes like prime tenderloin tartare, wood fire-grilled octopus, seared Hudson Valley foie gras and herb pappardelle with braised lamb.
