Fine beer connoisseurs will soon be flocking to the Arizona Biltmore Hotel & Resort in midtown Phoenix. The historic resort is kicking off 2014 in style by launching its new Biltmore Beer Dinner series.
The dinners will be held on the second Monday of each month and will run January through April 2014. Guests are invited to drink, eat and be merry in the swanky, private sunroom of the resort's restaurant Frank & Albert's. Talk about getting the work week off to a great start!

As part of the Biltmore Beer Dinner series, Frank & Albert's Executive Chef Gordon Maybury will be crafting original recipes and pairing them with choice picks from Arizona's growing roster of award-winning microbrews. Every dinner will start with a special pre-dinner reception at 7 p.m., followed by a three-course meal.
The cost for dinner is $40 per person, plus an 18% gratuity. The series is expect to sell out, so be sure to contact the resort to reserve your spot at the table as early as possible.
But maybe you're in the mood for a fine glass of wine instead? If that's the case, The Arizona Biltmore is currently hosting the 24th season of its popular Winemaker Dinner series. These monthly wine and dinner events began in September and will be running through May 2, 2014.
Guests at the Winemaker Dinners enjoy specially selected wines from California, France and Italy. The evening's selected wine is expertly paired with inventive four- to six-course dinner menus created by Chef Maybury and Chef de Cuisine Bryan Gorton.

One of the most exciting parts of the series is getting to meet the featured winemaker of the evening. It's the perfect opportunity to meet other oenophiles and learn about the wine-making process by mingling with well-respected winemakers. Guests are encouraged to ask questions and taste test throughout the evening.
The Biltmore's winemaker dinners start with a reception at 7 p.m., followed by dinner. After dinner, guests are invited to stick around and enjoy a complimentary Port and cigar. The cost is $95 for dinner, plus taxes and gratuities. Again, you'll want to reserve your spot, because the Biltmore's lifestyle dinner events are known to sell out quickly.
The Arizona Biltmore is the oldest resort in Arizona. It's famous for its Frank Lloyd Wright-influenced design, world-class restaurants and spa, fabulous pool, PGA golf course and storied guest list. During the busy winter and spring season, the resort plays host to guests from around the world.
