If you need just one reason to make a pit stop at Bink's Midtown, it's the eclectic and unique appetizer menu. Here you'll find Bink specialties like deep-fried baby back ribs made with tamarind, sesame and yogurt. There's also an excellent foie gras featuring butternut squash, celery and strawberries, accented with a spicy red wine vinaigrette.
The dinner entrees offer incredible variety and foodie sophistication. If you like duck, the five spice duck breast is a new way to enjoy an old favorite. It comes with grilled grapes swimming in juice and a port vinaigrette. Another winner is the bistro steak, made with maitake mushrooms, coiler onion and a cucumber chimichurri.
For dinner, snap up a chai ice cream push pop, made with a luscious cheese mousse, pineapple chutney and a carrot cake crumble. Don't miss the happy hour every day from 2 pm to 6 pm. It offers the perfect opportunity to sample Bink's unique appetizer menu.
