Phoenix has an elegant new cocktail concept featuring excellent handcrafted cocktails: The Mix Up Bar is located inside T. Cook's restaurant at the award-winning Royal Palms Resort and Spa. You'll find great drinks put together by Kim Haasarud, a James Beard award-winning mixologist.
What can you expect to find on the menu at The Mix Up Bar? You'll find an assortment of "garden-to-glass" cocktails featuring locally sourced products. Many of the cocktails are made using AZ Bitters Lab's flavored bitters, vinegars from Outrageous Olive Oil & Vinegars and La Bella Terre's botanical sprays. These are all local companies.
