High quality meats are shipped in from the owner's family farm in Nebraska, and all meats are slowly cooked over pecan wood. Fall-off-the-bone meats are complemented by a small but delicious selection of side dishes. This independent barbecue restaurant is tucked away in a small business park in north Phoenix, but it is well worth seeking out when you're craving some of the city's best barbecue.
