Gainey Ranch is an upscale Scottsdale community situated on what was once a 640-acre Arabian horse ranch owned by Daniel C. Gainey. Over the years, the community has developed into one of the ritziest addresses in Scottsdale. The community is home to the popular Gainey Ranch Golf Club and one of the glitziest resorts in town, the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch.

Gainey Ranch is convenient to many top Scottsdale attractions. To the east, family-friendly attractions include Butterfly Wonderland, one of the country's largest butterfly pavilions, and the intriguing Odysea Mirror Maze.
