10 Best Shopping Destinations near Scottsdale's Gainey Ranch

When you're in Scottsdale, it's wise to slip into comfortable shoes; you'll need them to make the round on the city's impressive shopping circuit. The village of Gainey Ranch in north-central Scottsdale is convenient to most of the best shopping the city has to offer.

Of course, you'll want to stop by The Shops at Gainey Village. This sprawling, open-air shopping center is home to dozens of distinctive boutiques and restaurants. The shopping center is a great place to shop for quality women's apparel. It's home to high-end boutiques like A Cool Breeze, which specializes in handcrafted designer clothing for women, handbags, jewelry, furniture and decor.

Head north a bit on Scottsdale Road, and you'll run into two more of the city's best shopping centers. The Scottsdale Quarter is a posh, two-level shopping center that is home to high-end retailers like Calvin Klein, Free People and Apple.

Across the way, you'll find the Kierland Commons, home to popular retailers like Barnes & Noble, Sur La Table, Anthropologie and Crate & Barrel.
