Sullivan's Steakhouse of Tucson

One of Tucson's favored destinations to wine-and-dine important clients, Sullivan's boasts a classic '40s-era steakhouse look and style â€" from dark wood furniture and accents to white tablecloths and a smooth-playing jazz ensemble. Expectedly, beef is the specialty, and Sullivan's chefs most assuredly know their cuts. Premiere selections include the New York strip, Kansas City strip, and a Gibraltar-sized porterhouse. Steaks are hand-selected and a minimum of 28 days, then seasoned simply and broiled. Seafood is reliably good as well, and the roster of bourbon, single malt scotch and cognac is impressive. Reservations are a must. All entrees are complemented by appetizers, soups, salads and side dishes. Desserts are made in-house daily.
