    The Spa at Four Seasons Los Angeles, located in the heart of Beverly Hills, has a new patented machine with a diamond-tipped stylus not found at any other spa in L.A. (maybe even in the country). Yes, diamonds, people. As part of the Diamond Youth Facial ($305), the machine exfoliates while infusing the skin with a clinical youth serum.
