Los Angeles has a brand new supper club called Ocean Prime. Guests may enjoy lunch during the week and dinner nightly. But whichever you choose, make sure to enjoy the large glass box bar on one side of the entrance and the welcoming and large bar on the other side. The outside area is perfect for al fresco dining and happy hour, too!
Part of the Cameron Mitchell Restaurant family now in Beverly Hills, Ocean Prime sits at the apex of Camden, Dayton and Wilshire.

If you love fish, try the seared ahi tuna with roasted marble potatoes, fava beans, mushrooms and truffle jus. Or go for the Alaskan king salmon with lobster, gnocchi, spring peas and lemon jus.
Sushi specialities include a lobster roll with kiwi, pickled jalapeño, masago and spicy mango puree, as well as hamachi crudo with seaweed salad, pickled mango, sesame ginger vinaigrette and cilantro.

There are three private dining rooms named Camden, Dayton and Wilshire with storefront-type windows, so the area is quieter but still feels open. Ocean Prime seats 350 guests just steps from Rodeo Drive. The outside terrace has white leather booths for a power lunch or intimate date. Or bring a group to enjoy the communal dining area inside the glass box bars.
Stunning stars from classic Hollywood days are showcased in artwork commissioned by Artists Jordan Clark, Lola Dupré and Jenny Sharaf. Every detail has been considered, including chic hanging light fixtures and a backdoor entrance if any current star needs a private way in or out of dinner.
Inspired by Mitchell’s Ocean Club – which Cameron Mitchell Restaurants opened in 2006 in Columbus, Ohio – Ocean Prime first opened in 2008 in Troy, Mich. The restaurant has since expanded to 11 locations nationwide in Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Indianapolis, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Orlando and Tampa.
Future locations are planned to open in New York City in spring 2015.
