Get Cocktails
Start your evening with an original Beverly Hills 90210-themed cocktail at the copper bar in the lobby at One Rodeo Bistro. There are drinks to match the personalities of the women from the show.
Try the sultry "Donna Martin," which is like Key lime pie martini in a glass. The "Brenda Walsh" mixes basil, serrano and pineapple for more complex flavors. Then there's the most popular "Kelly Taylor" bubbly effervescent combination of raspberries, lemon and sparkling wine.

Dine at On Rodeo
Reserve Table #1 at On Rodeo, the restaurant in the hotel. Try the apple salad with shaved goat cheese and shaved cucumber over butter lettuce, or the fantastic beet salad with walnuts with a white wine pairing.
The filet mignon with asparagus and creamy mashed potatoes is certain to be a table favorite, or choose grilled salmon with purple kale and pair with a Meiomi pinot noir. Save room for the Guittard chocolate souffle and the dark chocolate chip bread pudding with caramel sauce.
Finish with Dows port for a memorable meal.
