Often, choosing a venue with great performances means you will be eating sub-par food. Or if you pick phenomenal food, then there's no entertainment. But Los Angeles has provided a five-star solution. In Beverly Hills, you can have your cake and eat, it too; it even comes with music at Spaghettini and the Dave Koz Lounge.
Cary Hardwick and Laurie Sisneros are restaurateurs with 26 years of experience, bringing Southern California fine dining and notable musical performances from their original Spaghettini restaurant and entertainment lounge in Seal Beach right to Beverly Hills.
On Canon Street, Spaghettini and the Dave Koz Lounge will be the destination for what happens when “A Chef and a Saxophonist walk into a bar, and they hit every note.”

“From an entertainment perspective, the greatest thing about this venue is that you’ll never know who might walk through the door. It’s the kind of place Dave Matthews would feel as comfortable on stage as Herbie Hancock," says nine-time GRAMMY nominee and philanthropist Dave Koz. "There’s no other place in L.A. that offers both fine dining and headlining live entertainment like this.”
Hardwick, Sisneros and Koz have been friends for over a decade and wanted to create a “live music venue with a chef as talented as its guest musicians."
“While our two locations have their differences, what we bring from the first Spaghettini is our core values of hiring the most amazing people and letting their passions shine, whether it’s in the kitchen, in the dining room, behind the bar or up on stage," Sisneros adds.
All three are deeply committed to their team and have full confidence in the talents of all its members. They also have a commitment to sourcing the finest food products and bringing a magical experience to Beverly Hills.
Being with them will always make for a fantastic and memorable evening. You just might see Dave Koz perform with Eric Benet, Ariana Savalas, Michael Lington, Spencer Day, Matt Goss or DW3.
As Koz says, “Jazz is our DNA."

Executive Chef Scott Howard has created a menu with delightful delicacies such as ricotta agnolotti with black trumpets; chicken and cracklings; black cod with chorizo, clams and sofrito; and Harvey’s Guss Dry Aged New York strip with chanterelles, crispy bone marrow and smoke gouda and orzo.
Howard adds to Spaghettini and the Dave Koz Lounge his own personal culinary philosophy of bringing simple flavors to the forefront.
“Great ingredients can speak for themselves, if you let them," says Howard.
World-class dining meets world-class music here, at “a place with gastronomic pleasures” for the eyes, ears and tastebuds. Yes, surprises will abound at Spaghettini Beverly Hills to delight all your senses.
So relax, and let the entire team take care of you.
