Hache LA puts a Gallic spin on the hamburger, with impressive results. That's part of why their burgers are so good; the other reason revolves around all the different toppings that get piled on. Try the Roaring Forties, a gooey combination of blue cheese, caramelized onions and portobello mushroom, slathered in a horseradish sauce, but be sure to have plenty of napkins nearby.
