Doma Kitchen brings a little bit of "home" (that's what "doma" means in the Slavic languages) to Marina Del Rey – home, that is, if you're originally from a place like Hungary, Ukraine, Uzbekistan or Russia, that is. For at Doma, owners Angie Corrente and Stan Mayzalis bring their Eastern European heritage to bear, serving classics like Ukrainian-style Borscht, Siberian-influenced Pelmeni Chicken Dumplings and even Uzbekistan Plav (simmered rice with vegetables and herbs). Sourcing the ingredients locally from farmer's markets and specialty purveyors – the smoked pork sausage platter made up with custom-created sausages from South Bay J. Joseph & Family are incredible – Doma Kitchen uses only the highest quality goods in their delicious offerings. Try their Crepes and Belgian Waffles at lunch or Sunday brunch, too; and don't miss the Zeppoles for dessert.
