Now the most unique charter venture in San Diego, Pirate Ship Adventures, is everything its name implies. Actors and crew entertain guests aboard the spacious 83-foot vessel dubbed the Treasure Seeker, formerly a commercial fishing vessel.

If you think you're setting off on a quiet bay cruise, think again. The signature tour, Lost Treasure Excursion, is a 1.5 hour interactive journey that the entire family will love. You'll set off to a far-away land in a long time ago, and experience mutiny, sword fights, singing, and dancing. Passengers will fire water cannons to defend the ship when rival pirates attack. Throughout the journey, passengers will also enjoy spectacular bay and skyline views of Downtown San Diego.

In addition to the Lost Treasure Excusion, there's a Sunset Cruise, Haunted Pirate Ship Voyage, Evening Cruise and a Day Cruise, where a pirate narrates the history of San Diego Bay.

Below deck, passengers famished from battle can re-fuel with snacks, grog and refreshments (including the adult kind) or purchase a pirate-themed souvenir. A professional photographer is on board to capture passengers in action and send them home with a memory card full of pictures.

Prices start at $24.50 for children and $29.50 for adults. Should you like to charter the Treasure Seeker for a private party, that's an option too!
