Remember, the deal with improv is that much of the show is improvised and choreographed on a whim. It's a skill that the cast of National Comedy Theatre's top troupe has perfected over the years--14 of them, to be exact. Over 3900 performances makes them the longest continuously running show in San Diego County.

The audience picks the games, helps call the fouls and decides who the winner of this interactive show is. Also impressive is that the material is clean so there are no age minimums (with the exception of a late-night show clearly labeled for ages 16 and older). The show is similar in style to the hilarious TV show, Whose Line is it Anyway?
The venue is intimate at just 115 seats, with an affordable entry price of $10-15 per person. Shows run four nights a week so check the schedule for details. It's a perfect option for date night, girls' night out or whenever you just need a good laugh.
That National Comedy Theatre also offers teambuilding, comedy classes for ages 13 and older, and private events where the show can be customized to guests in attendance. Business participants claim that learning to improvise through one of these teambuilding classes has helped them excel at work. These special events take place a the NCT Training Center at Liberty Station.
