The Bird Kingdom certainly isn't your average run of the mill bird aviary. First off, the building itself is a Heritage building, as its 50,000 square feet of rainforest perfection dates back to the time of the Niagara Falls Museum that housed Egyptian artifacts such as the mummy of King Ramesses I.
The second you purchase your tickets to this most vibrant spot you'll be swept away by the beauty of the landscape and, of course, the birds. Being the largest aviary in the world, and a 4-Time Attraction of the Year Award winner, this spot certainly has a lot to boast about. With more than 400 birds flying around this multi-level rainforest setting you'll spot a plethora of unique bird species. The most wonderful thing about the Bird Kingdom is that the 80 species of birds that fly freely here are either endangered or threatened in their natural habitat, so it's the best spot to keep these species safe and sound.
Another compelling aspect of this attraction is that it caters to kids birthday parties, weddings, and school or group events. So needless to say, if you're venturing to Niagara Falls for your child's birthday party, head on over to The Bird Kingdom for the most memorable birthday yet! And if you're feeling really adventurous while at the Kingdom, venture off into the Encounter Room, where guests can get up close and personal with vibrant birds and scaly reptiles.
