Port Dalhousie is a vibrant beach town. With elegantly placed houses, restaurants and cute little shops, the spot certainly is making a name for itself. Notably speaking, this beach is one of the most popular beaches in the Niagara area because of its relative proximity to St. Catharines and Niagara Falls. Pack a picnic lunch, and fill your car with a whole slew of beach goodies, lather the kids up with sunscreen and spend a relaxing day at the beach.
With summer just around the corner, many people are already flocking to this lovely patch of sand and better yet, if you feel like getting a little adventurous, head on over to the new surf, skate and snow shop in town, Ausmosis. With stand up paddle-boarding (SUP) rentals, SUP yoga, skateboards and more, this surf shop has truly brought a new shining light to all those spending the day in Port Dalhousie.
This white sandy beach is calling you; go before the cold Canadian winter returns. Here's to a day at the beach; enjoy every serene, yet enlivening second of it!
