Ruby Eats

Have you ever wanted to raid a chef's pantry, to be able to cook with the produce, unique homemade preserves and other unique ingredients that find their way onto restaurant menus? Ruby Eats is a food shop in Toronto's Riverside neighbourhood built on that premise. Owned by Food Network chef Lynn Crawford and located just steps from her Ruby Watchco farm-to-table restaurant, many of the jams, sauces and other pantry staples at Ruby Eats are either made by chef Crawford and her team, or created by small producers in and around Toronto. For a quick meal, choose from a daily menu of salads, sandwiches and baked goods.
