The menu at Campagnolo provides a listing of dishes that sound deceptively simple. For example, burrata – mozzarella cheese filled with cream – is listed as being served with roasted grapes and toasted bread. In reality, the dish offers the perfect balance of flavours and textures – the crunchy bread topped with the rich, creamy cheese, the sweet grapes cutting through that richness, and a splash of olive oil adding a bright finish. It's chef Craig Harding's most popular dish, and one of the few items that never leave the constantly changing menu. Not everything the kitchen serves is distinctly Italian.
