Graze restaurant in Vancouver is ideal for vegans, vegetarians and those who need raw and gluten free options. Open for dinner, and brunch on weekends, Graze is a charming spot with a warm atmosphere and plenty of choice for most dietary needs. The food is so tasty that we bet the carnivores in your life will love Graze! Start your meal off with the antipasti plate that includes Chef Karen's selection of cultured nut cheese, pickles, preserves, smoked olives, pates, accompanied with fresh herbed flatbread. A raw or gluten free option is available to substitute the herbed flatbread. Graze has built a cult following with their awesome pierogies. Six tasty dumplings are filled with yam and eggplant, served with sautéed oyster mushrooms, crispy shollots, pickled beet shred, crisp smoky eggplant and mushroom strips, a delicious smoky coconut cheddar sauce, sour coconut cream and finished with a spicy tomato jam. Graze forages and grows as much of their own food as they can, and supplements the things they can't with local and organic as much as possible.
