There are a handful of Chinese restaurants in Vancouver that are often used for Chinese celebrations, but one thing that they're lacking is the impeccable service and Four Seasons reputation that will be found here in the new Chinese kitchen. The Four Seasons is known as a go-to hotel for guests that enjoy the finer things in life and possess a discerning palate, and this new service is just another way that they're showing guests that they listen to their requests and go the extra mile to make it happen.
The Chinese kitchen is a recent addition to the already-stellar Four Seasons banquet and special events services that can be booked for weddings, celebrations, and the full range of corporate and social events. The custom built kitchen has all of the essential tools and equipment installed, along with steamers and "Turbo Woks"; these woks are said to be crucial to giving that true wok flavor.

Lisa Ng, Senior Catering Manager, will be running the Chinese kitchen, and Bruno Feldelsen, the Pastry Chef, will create delicious treats like black sesame and matcha flavored macarons.
The authenticity doesn't stop at the food; Four Seasons will also be offering custom Chinese décor, special dishes, wedding favors and items guests may be used to seeing in traditional celebrations, like Chinese "cake cards".
The Four Seasons Vancouver also has one of the city's only kosher specific kitchens, just another facet of the property that goes to show just how much they take pride in going above and beyond. Catering from the Chinese kitchen is available now.
