Keeping kids busy for an afternoon is a win in itself. But keeping kids busy and tiring them out is an even bigger win. Richmond’s Extreme Air Park is a fun way for kids (and adults) to bounce, flip and jump for hours on end, and it's just a short drive from Vancouver.
With 42,000 square feet of interlocking trampolines, Extreme Air Park is Canada’s largest trampoline park! The trampolines aren’t limited to just being on the floor; you can literally bounce off the walls here! The space itself is broken up into a few rooms where you can participate in different activities.

Major Air
When you first walk into the park, this is the first room you’ll enter through. There are two huge courts to jump around and plenty of walls to bounce off of. Whether you choose to jump in one area or jump across the room, you’re going to get some major air.
Don't forget to pay a visit to the zero-gravity basketball area. At this row of basketball nets, you can slam, dunk and jump! Live your NBA dreams with slam dunk after slam dunk.
The Half Pipe and Foam Zone
This half pipe is next-level! Bounce from wall to wall and finish off your run with a dive into a soft foam pit.
Speaking of foam, one of the more busy areas of the park is the foam zone. Jumpers line up and make their way down the trampoline lane and fly into the foam pit.
Wish you could see your sweet moves? There are cameras that record the jumps and display them on a screen soon after you’ve made your move.
Eight lanes ensure you don’t have to wait long to have your turn.
3-D Dodgeball
As if a game of dodgeball could ever get any better, it does at Extreme Air Park.
They have three designated dodgeball courts that run all of time, with different levels on each court.
They also offer a 3-D dodgeball league night for drop-ins and teams. Spots are limited, so if you would like to have your own team, make sure to claim it early.
League games are Sunday (8 p.m. to 10 p.m.), and a weekly commitment isn’t necessary. If you don’t have a team, drop-ins are Sunday (6 p.m. to 8 p.m.), and you can register on their website.
Black Light Events and More
They also offer black light events where the lights go out, the black lights come on and the fun goes up a notch (okay, 10 notches). The loud shriek of excitement from all the kids in the space is a pretty solid sign of approval.
Whether you’re looking for something to do with friends or the kids or hosting a birthday party, Richmond Air Park is a seriously fun place to spend a few hours. Fun and exercise? Sounds like you’re winning!
Extreme Air Park takes safety seriously, and their trampolines are “CSA (Canadian Sports Association) approved, made in North America and engineered and constructed from the most durable jump pads and framing in the industry ensuring low impact and eliminating hard landings.”
