The stylish and hip SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denver Downtown is the newest property in the Mile High City adding 150 guest suites to the Denver hotel inventory. The spacious business-friendly suites (25% larger than typical rooms) will also include work space with complimentary wired and wireless internet and access to 5,000 square feet of meeting space.

Additional in-room amenities include a microwave, mini-fridge, and the hotel also features a fitness center, 24-hour market, and complimentary daily hot breakfast. The hotel’s on-site restaurant, Red Robin's Burger Works, is scheduled to open in the fall of 2012. Its downtown Denver location also offers guests convenient walkable access to historic LoDo district, 16th Street Mall, Colorado Convention Center and Pepsi Center.

In a unique collaboration, the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denver Downtown will also be partnering with the nearby Metro State College of Denver to include hands-on experience for the more than 500 hospitality students attending the new 28,000 square-foot Hotel and Learning Center. Another unique experience for the hotel guest is the display of more than 650 pieces of original artwork created by 21 students, faculty and alumni of MSU Denver.
The best news is accommodations are affordable. Rates start at $219 per night for weekdays and $149 per night on weekends.
