Every year the Highlands Street Fair seems to get a little bigger, a little bit crazier and a lot more fun. Local merchants close off a few blocks of the popular shopping and dining district for a day of live music, kids education and play areas, arts and crafts booths and food and drink on the streets. The fair is held rain or shine. Held the Saturday before Father's Day.
