The state-of-the-art Colorado Convention Center opened in Downtown Denver in 1990 and today hosts more than 250 events annually. Even if you're not visiting during an event, the convention center, remodeled in 2005, has an excellent collection of public art scattered throughout its grounds, including the Lawrence Argent installation entitled "I See What You Mean," a giant blue statue of bear peeking through the window.
