Just when it seemed that a good glass of wine was hard to find in Costa Rica, along came Tintos & Blancos to fill the void that once plagued a country with virtually everything else you could want or need. A Mediterranean menu has been designed to suit the wine drinker's palate; choose from a tempting cheese platter to more substantial dishes that definitely qualify as dinner.
No one is in a rush at Tintos & Blancos, and why should they be? The atmosphere asks to be enjoyed sip by sip, and with seating choices inside and out, upstairs and down, you can find a great place to people-watch and settle in for awhile. Some nights, a live band takes the stage and an impromptu dance floor breaks out among the patrons, other nights the resounding pops of corks being unleashed punctuate the air.
A nice touch is the little cards that accompany each generously poured glass so you can keep track of what you've tried, and whose glass at your table you'd like to sample from; especially fun for larger groups.
