Decorative arts, furniture and design is offered in this great antiques shop located on upscale Bredgade not far from Kongens Nytorv square. If you've got a long trip home, this small basement store sells plenty of smaller pieces, from cutlery, ceramics, and interior design pieces to vintage posters by well-known Danish artists, as well as Wegner chairs, Poul Henningsen lamps, Kay Bojesen toys (which continue to be popular in Denmark as christening gifts) and Royal Copenhagen porcelain, and its shelves seem packed with Scandinavian design treasures. Note the rather restricted opening hours.

- Antique Shops: "Note Danish Classic is closed on weekends."
- Best for Antique Shops Because: In contrast to the other antique stores in Bredgade, Danish Classic is dedicated exclusively to Danish design and includes many smaller pieces.
