Capella, the ultra-luxury hotelier with properties around the world, is preparing to open a new location in the heart of Washington, D.C.'s historic Georgetown neighborhood. Just blocks from the many fine shops and boutiques of the area, the 5-story Capella Georgetown will offer 49 intimate guestrooms and suites, as well as an elegant restaurant and lounge. The hotel will also feature a rooftop bar and infinity pool as well as a luxury spa.

Aimed at the truly discerning traveler, the Capella Georgetown will likely play host to world leaders, heads of industry and Hollywood celebrities – just as other properties in the Capella collection have done. In keeping with the Capella tradition of truly exquisite customer service, each guest will be provided with a personal assistant well-versed in making things happen in D.C. For business travelers, a well-appointed executive boardroom is at your disposal.

The Georgetown locale is just the second location for the brand in the United States after New York City. The Capella Georgetown is currently scheduled to open in January 2013.
