Choose seating inside or out, whether to enjoy a drink from a list of beers (both domestic, imported or draft) or signature cocktails, such as the Kaluz Cadillac margarita, chocolate martini, coconut mohito or a Voli skinny cosmo. Also, choose from a stellar list of wines, including sparkling, Chardonnay, alluring and aromatic whites, Cabernet Sauvignon, bold reds, Pinot noir and others.
Take in the calming waterway and subtropical scenery, and peruse the exceptional menu. This brings back diners back again and again.
Choose from a list of enticing appetizers, flatbreads and salads. From a list of burgers and sandwiches for a lunch or casual dinner, Kaluz offers the veggie burger, classic cheeseburger – who can resist? – or the very decadent-sounding prime rib burger.
Deciding which entree to order may be a challenge. There are a variety of beef dishes, such as filet mignon, New York strip and slow-roasted prime rib; pork dishes of Danish ribs and pork chops; seafood of cedar plank salmon, tuna steaks and crab cakes.

Sides are all delicious and complement any meal. Choose from a variety of sides, including wild rice, sweet potato fries, asparagus, truffled lobster mac and sweet cole slaw. All come highly recommended. Bring friends who don't mind sharing so you can find out how delectable each dish is.
Desserts here are worth a visit alone. Who can resist their salted caramel brownie, bread pudding or a Florida favorite: Key lime pie? Enjoy them with your favorite coffee drink.
And don't forget to the bring the kids, as a kids' menu is available with all their favorites: chicken fingers, mac and cheese, grilled cheese, cheese burger or pasta served with butter and Parmesan cheese. A scoop of vanilla ice cream is served with each meal.
