Deep in the heart of Davie, FL, South Floridians don their favorite western wear and head on down to Round Up Country Western Club and Restaurant for a good ole, boot scootin' time.
While many visitors may not associate Fort Lauderdale – or Florida, for that matter – with a rip-roaring country hoedown, they are pleasantly surprised to find that, just a few miles southwest of downtown Fort Lauderdale, is "the Round Up" (as locals call it). It's been South Florida’s most notable country-western bar and club for over twelve years.

Located in this already western-themed city of Davie - where the main boulevard was designed to replicate an authentic Texas town and life is just a little easier - the Round Up is right at home in this epicenter of country enthusiasts.
Dance to that favorite country tune, which sets everyone in a dancing frenzy on the club's expansive 2000-square-foot dance floor.
Or for those who are a bit hesitant to join in for fear of rusty dance skills, the Round Up offers dance lessons by the pros. Offered Wednesday through Sunday, these lessons are free (except for a reasonable cover charge at the door), and lots of fun. This is the first step to learning how to two-step, line dance, cha-cha, East Coast swing and, of course, West Coast swing.
Ladies drink free every Wednesday and Friday night, and Thursdays and Saturdays offer great drink specials all night long.
If you find yourself not prepared with the appropriate gear, then head to Grif's Western just blocks away (located right in Davie) for jeans, Western shirts and hats and authentic cowboy boots. Now you can arrive in perfect style. Yee-haw!
