Slate's

Slate's is known for serving New Orleans cuisine from it's small kitchen and festive libations from its horseshoe shaped bar. Over the years it has also become famous for live jazz music in a side room dubbed the Sidebar Jazz Club. The space is tight and the music is consistently good. The Sunday Jazz Brunch gets rave reviews and reservations can be hard to come by, so make them in advance. The restaurant is located on a side street off of the busy Cape Coral Parkway in Cape Coral. It's a hidden gem for locals who don't mind sharing the musical love with visitors.
