While Ch'i isn't your standard steakhouse, it is still one of the better spots in town where you can score an ultimately delicious steak–"and that's what we're looking for, isn't it? Executive Chef Giovanni Pisil has put together an unmatched menu of Latin and Chinese cuisine (sometimes referred to as "Chino-Latino") where flavors pop and guests happily indulge. Yes, you'll find a delightful Dim Sum menu featuring duck dumplings, pork belly bao buns, and crispy chicken wontons. But you'll also find a 34oz porterhouse steak, brought to a new level with black pepper soysauce, smoked chili sauce, and lemongrass ginger chimuchurri; as well as a Mongolian New York strip served with broccolini and jasmine rice. But their true gem is a 36oz fire riasted tomahawk made with truffle paste, shiitake mushrooms, house smoked chili sauce, that same lemongrass chimichurri, plus a tamari lemon ponzu to bring it all together.
