An uber-trendy steakhouse catering to the young and well-to-do on South Beach, STK is more than just a steakhouse. Stylish, eye-catching decor plus a dance floor where you can work off your filet mignon to the best House and retro beats? Unheard of in most fine dining establishments, but then STK is anything but standard. Don't get us wrong, though. This place isn't all flash. The food is just as impressive. Start with a blue iceberg or raw vegetable salad plus the seared scallops. Then work your way to glazed beef short rib, skirt steak, bone-in filet, or on special occasions, a porterhouse. Accompany this with jalapeno cheddar grits and broccolini (the best on the menu) and finish it off with the Bag o' Donuts and you'll never want to leave.
