Since the 1870s and pioneer Bill Collier, this location has fed and boarded pilgrims to this part of the world. Back in Collier's day, he advertised rooms for $1 a night, bring your own meat. Today the accommodations have moved out of the old inn and into a new extension with spacious, modern suites. It is part of a complex that enfolds three restaurants - the main Bistro Soleil occupies the old inn. The other two dwell among the complex's shops and parking ramps. Although there's no beach here, it has an old-island neighborhood feel and on-property swimming pool create an entirely unique experience.
