Posto Pizza

Posto Pizza is a new, it opened in July 2021, addition to Celebration. All pizzas are made with Neapolitan dough, but you also have the option to have gluten-free crust. The restaurant's namesake pizza includes muenster cheese, roasted peppers and, wait for it, shaved prime brisket. Other pizza toppings include sunny-side-up eggs, shaved jalapenos, house-smoked chicken, eggplant, fig dressing, truffle oil, the list goes on and on. All ingredients are fresh, never premade or frozen. If you're planning to get a side of meatballs, be prepared. It's half a pound of round goodness. The new pizza joint was opened by Celebration residents who teamed up with award-winning master-chef Michael Revy.
