Hollywood Brown Derby

With a look inspired by the original Brown Derby, built in Hollywood in the 1920s and made famous by its movie-star clientele, this newer version has the ideal home on the ground of Disney's Hollywood Studios and showcases similar mission-style touches and all the wonderful caricatures for which its inspiration has long been known. This is a calm, upscale venue (a nice contrast to the fray of the park) with a detailed menu. Specialties include its charred filet of beef, Asian stir-fried noodles and for lighter, lower-carb options: the famous Brown Derby Cobb salad. Fun trivia: this well known salad was invented by Bob Cobb, owner of the original California restaurant.
