This 15-course meal is a true representation of its name, Immersion. For more than three hours, guests will be fully immersed in all their senses. Chef Rikku O'Donnchu and his staff created a truly unique dining experience that guests have likely never experienced before. The menu changes often, but you can guarantee the food won't be dishes you find at many places. Prepare your palate for Egyptian goose, foie gras and Kaluga caviar. The food is just the beginning.
