Oh, Kesh, with your tantalizingly creative takes on classic, comfort food. Kesh is a walk-in, order-at-the-counter affair; there's a small space to eat in or you can opt to grab and go, but it's a super-friendly kinda place, a genuine foodies' delight for sandwich and street-food aficionados who've long dreamed of mashing up their favorites into entirely new creations. Breakfast offerings (a sandwich, a quesadilla, etc.) sell all day long to the delight of UCF students and locals who work nearby. You may end up calling in an order to pick up for dinner.
