Housed in the Brazilian Court Hotel, Cafe Boulud is exquisite, contemporary-designed French-American restaurant with an irresistible dining terrace. Before dinner, enjoy a cocktail in the comfortably revamped bar overlooking the patio. An interesting variety of starters includes smoked salmon with herbed salad and Scandinavian brown bread, a Spanish tapas platter, and veal ravioli. Diners feast on artfully prepared mains such as the squab tartine with mushroom duxelle. Exquisite desserts draw the meal to a close; try the pear struesel with cinnamon ice cream.
Large, bustling and active, this establishment is a popular gathering place. Tiered seating is defined by curved partitions, and the rear glass wall of the huge bar provides glimpses of an enormous wine selection. Dark and seductive, City Cellar features a menu that concentrates on grilled seafood and meats. You'll also find pastas, salads, daily specials, and a grill menu that offers cheaper alternatives. Mussels, steamed with chardonnay and shallots, are sublime, and the wood-oven baked pizzas are crisp and smoky. The balcony dining area provides a great view of the courtyard, and the restaurant's outdoor bar draws a constant crowd of singles.

The Circle at the Breakers is THE place to go to for Sunday brunch. Sunday brunch has been a tradition for more than 25 years. Reservations recommended for Sunday brunch but not needed for breakfast during the week. The whole aura of the place is fantastic; there are fabulous ocean views, 30-foot frescoed ceilings, Renaissance-themed murals and more. Brunch specialties include bananas foster, country ham, prime rib and king crab legs. This will be the best breakfest buffet you ever have (and likely the costliest). Like other Palm Beach jaunts, there is a bit of a dress code here, so don't expect to roll in from the beach with a tank top on and expect a table.
Recommended for Brunch because: The Circle at the Breakers has a Sunday Brunch that is as opulent as one can get in the States and is worth every penny.
Kristopher's expert tip: Sunday Brunch at The Breakers is something to brag about
Located in Lantana on the coast, Dune Deck serves up amazing ocean views while being consistently delicious with its menu. Open for breakfast and lunch during the week and full brunch on the weekend, there is plenty of time to enjoy the Dune Deck. With a fancy twist on the typical diner style menu, Greek salads and club sandwiches become works of art. For breakfast, enjoy eggs benedict with a side of home fries and for lunch, the dune burger is a win. The brunch menu has so much more than pancakes and omelets so go crazy and revel in the filet mignon and eggs meal.
Recommended for Brunch because: The Dune Deck's brunch is from 7 AM to 4:30 PM all weekend i.e., not just for the early bird.

Pistache is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 200 people and is open seven days a week for all meal periods.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in the 1920's Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with large umbrellas and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.
Recommended for Brunch because: The brunch selections at Pistache French Bistro are as diverse as the extensive wine menu, and neither is to be missed.
